So today I wanted to share some of my favourite make-up finds from the drugstore! These are all fairly new to me, although a couple are old favourites too!
Rimmel Lash Accelerator mascara: This is one of my more recent purchases, and so far I'm really liking this mascara. I love the brush as it's super long and thin which means it's very lengthening, which I prefer. If I want more volume though, I'll sometimes mix it with my Max Factor False Lash Effect masara, and then I get the best of both worlds.
Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover: This is such a blogger favourite so I was so excited to try it, and it definitely didn't disappoint! I hate taking off my nail polish because it takes so long and can get a bit messy, but this makes it so much easier!
Rimmel Stay Matte powder: This powder is definitely an old favourite for me - I've been using it for years, but I feel like I hardly ever mention it. If I don't powder, then my make-up is practically gone by midday, so using this helps it stay on for longer and get rid of any excess oil.
No 7 Perfectly Bronzed Dual bronzer: I mentioned this briefly in my last haul, and I've been testing it out since then. So far, I really like it - I like to take a big powder brush and swirl the two shades together before applying it down the sides of my face. I just find that it gives a nice, natural glow to my skin without looking muddy or orange.
Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Top Coat: Again, this is another old favourite that I've recently repurchased. As a bit of a nail polish addict, I honestly couldn't be without this top coat! After applying it to my nails, they are literally dry to the touch within a minute - such a life saver.
Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet in Nudist: And lastly, this is a new find for me. I've wanted to try these ever since they came out, but I was a bit scared of the bold shades. I do actually own Pink Pong as well, but I'm still a bit wary of actually wearing it out, whereas this nude shade is perfect for me. I love the silky matte finish, and the colour is more up my street.
What are you currently loving from the drugstore?
I am loving my Rimmel True Match foundation from the drugstore! That No.7 bronzer looks amazing, is the bronzer matte or does it have a shimmer finish?

I really want to try the bourjois nail polish remover, it looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteI have a love/hate relationship with stay matte...the powder is amazing but the packaging is so bad, it always breaks or the cover falls off and my powder always ends up smashing :(
xx
I've admired the No. 7 bronzers but not taken the step to purchase one. That may have to change next summer! I was also a little nervous of trying the Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvets - I'm not a huge fan of matte finishes as I have dry lips. I took the plunge, picking up Nudist, Frambourjoise & Personne ne rouge! I've only tried Nudist so far, but have been impressed - they certainly don't feel drying on the lips! I'm currently loving the Maybelline Colour Elixers! Xx
